I have been using Bose headphones for over 10 years but there are many good comparative reviews of Jaybirdsport X4 and Bose wireless headphones online. The price is a little lower than Bose, which is also what made me want to try the Jaybird X4. I'm using them to listen to Weezer right now. I love that you can customize the equalizer sound with a downloadable app. I like my music deep with lots of bass. You will definitely want to take this step because the default sound was too harsh for me. You don't have to keep the app open to keep the custom sound, which is nice. The fit is good. I have ridiculously small ears so I'm glad you have several interchangeable sizes to play with. I prefer silicone tips over foam tips. I really think Bose is still number 1 when it comes to feeling like you're not wearing headphones at all, but the Jaybirds don't make me uncomfortable, they stay in my ears and don't slip. As for durability, I guess time will tell. My Bose wired headphones have been in constant use for over 6 years so let's see how the Jaybirds hold up. I'm new to bluetooth headphones and will be using mine mainly for train travel and in the office for data entry.
