Product with a defect in Sport

Charged the device and it seems to be working fine. When the indicator turned red, I fully charged the device. When I used it again, the device only worked in 2 out of 4 modes (high, medium, low, pulsing) for about 20 minutes. After 3 days when I tried to use it, the device would not turn on. I tried charging it with three different chargers (5V; 1A) and the device didn't respond. The Light and Motion website seems to plan to charge me for repairing a defective product. Very disappointing.
