Not good if you're trying not to disturb your partner

Not a bad product, but not great either. I switched another neck light for this, I switch back. Individual control for each light is great, as is stepless dimming, but overall there are far better lights out there. My husband hated it from day one as the light has no focus it just spills the whole place and disturbs his sleep which defeats the whole purpose. I got it to crochet and the arms are too long to be useful, in fact they got in my way while crocheting. I've wrapped one hand over the other to hold it around my neck and make it shorter, but the hands don't stay in place for long at all. This might be great for people with big breasts, but since I'm flatter than a washboard, it was a disadvantage for me. . The light is very bright and cannot be focused, which is a disadvantage when trying not to disturb your partner. The arms are quite long, which may be fine for some people, but was a hindrance for me. The hands don't seem to hold their position for very long, which is definitely depressing. In general, it can be useful for purposes other than reading in bed or crafting, but for me it's not very good.
