I was looking for a good quality hands free headset for my phone at home. I am very satisfied with this product. It folds easily so I can hang it on the side. The sound quality is very clear when using this headset. I didn't have hearing problems for others, and neither did they have hearing problems at the end of the conversation. The headset is comfortable and the mute button comes in handy when the dog is barking and I'm on the phone. I would recommend this headset and would buy it again.
