Review on 🎧 Yealink WH62 Dual Wireless Headset with Microphone - Teams Certified for PC, Mac, Office Telephone, IP VoIP Phones (Microsoft Optimized) by Jose Strong

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Excellent headset for medium use

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Yealink WH65. It has very good sound quality and is comfortable to wear for a short time (about an hour) before the pressure on the ears becomes a bit uncomfortable. They're well built, feel solid, slightly heavier than the Jabra Engage 65 but still comfortable overall with the padding on the top headband. The charging stand looks really cool and the Yealink is easy to place in the charger. We used the wonderful Jabra Engage 65 (very high quality, very light weight, long battery life, very comfortable); However, it is $50-$100 more expensive than Yealink and very hard to get lately. It can be difficult to justify the premium compared to Yealink. If you're looking for a reliable headset for average use, I recommend the Yealink WH65; However, if you need a wireless headset for heavy use (e.g. in a contact center) I would recommend spending a little more for the Jabra Engage 65 or something lighter and more comfortable for longer wear. satisfied with Yealink WH65 and will buy more for average users; However, I will continue to provide Jabra Engage 65 to my heavy contact center users. A NOTICE. These headphones are NOT suitable for listening to music, although you can listen to music. , Zoom, etc. Music playback is average and a bit disappointing, but audio quality for voice and video conferencing is very good.
