Review on Formal Black Button-Down Collared Casual Shirt by Nate Nelson

If you are looking for a smart, sporty shirt with a slim fit, this is a great choice. However, in my particular case, two things were extremely misleading and disappointing (1) the materials and (2) the quality of the dimensions. The description says a lot about the "breathable" fabrics and enhanced performance of these shirts, but I live in South Florida where the summer heat reaches 95 degrees+. When I wear this shirt, let's just say I'd be fried if I've been out in bad weather for more than a minute. The shirts are IMHO too hot for everyday use. But maybe they'll be perfect for an air-conditioned party later this year. Breathable? lol. Having purchased at least a thousand and one products from Revain, this is the first time ever that I have had the ecstasy of returning my previously eagerly awaited items. Which makes me PO'ed easily. You see, I've been very careful and diligent with my sizing, but despite my best and most thoughtful efforts, I screwed up. The shirts were too, too sexy, and the sleeves were an inch shorter. And all this despite the fact that I chose a slightly larger collar than I usually wear. In other words, the size grid is just fiction, completely inaccurate and misleading in my case. So I'm wondering: are the measurements based on dress sizes (which I measured by the way) or on body measurements or numerology? Who among us can know? See, your mileage may vary, but a word to the wise: walk MORE my friend. In closing, I'm disappointed in my experience but I can't be too harsh on these shirts. Labeled and no indication of the mysterious fabric used, they appear to be quite durable, cut in a stylish pattern and presented in enchanting colours. If you are looking for a shirt or live in a cooler climate this might be for you. Unfortunately, that is not the case for me.
