Controlling this device with an app on my phone is a great option - I can turn on the air conditioner on my way home from work and adjust temperature, fan speed, mode etc. Installation was easy except for the cryptic instructions on how to connect to WiFi. (Tip: Holding down the FAN button for 3 seconds is the "Reset button"). You can cool a bedroom/living room of approx. 250 square meters with it. ft. The cooling capacity is definitely sufficient for my needs. I can now turn off (or even turn off) my home air conditioner that used to run day and night without good cooling upstairs. The noise level is as expected, but certainly not too loud. The delivery took 3 days longer than the originally calculated 20 days for the free UPS ground service. The wait was too long and they would have gotten 2 stars (if that category existed) due to the delays and because the packaging was badly damaged when we received it. The block itself remained undamaged. I would recommend this device.
