I haven't noticed any noticeable health benefits for my cats but they enjoy the vitamins. When I come home from work, they always pressure me and beg for food before lunch. Now when I get home I give them one vitamin at a time and it calms them down just enough that they stop pushing me when I sit down and tripping when I try to walk. They still howl and chase me when I go into the kitchen because those vitamins aren't miracles. It is enough to calm her down for half an hour between my arrival and her feeding time at 6:30 am. I guess I could have just fed them earlier, but I don't want those beasts bullying me! I'm also giving these vitamins 5 stars because they don't smell as strongly of fish oil as some of the other brands I've bought.
