I almost returned the product as it really wasn't worth the price. but that day I needed an album and thought I could make it. The rings did not align properly when closed - one in particular was off. It was so chaotic that the album didn't close, but "overlapped". Also, due to this defect, you could not turn the pages in the album. I managed to straighten them with some handwork but that was the biggest disappointment. Adhesion on the sides is decent - they hold photos in place. However, I have found that unless I leave at least 0, the plastic wrap often peels off easily when viewing a finished album. 75 inches of free space around the edges. You can only place two 4"x6". photos on each page. The best I could fit on the page (with some creative overlap) was two 4"x6" and one 4"x4". Even if I only used the 4" x 4" images I had, I would have to overlap the corners to fit three images on one page.
