Review on Dragon Responsive Email Designer by Russell Rabbach

I like that it's easy to use for creating newsletters, as well has being able create emails with multiple different templates! It is also very customizable so you can make your own designs or easily edit others if needed (you have access of all elements). Sometimes when trying out new things in this software there are errors which makes me think twice about using them again but they do get fixed after some time though sometimes not immediately -.- The only thing i dislike atmosely would be how slow their support team responds/communicates back once contacted-_- But overall great product just needs more communication from customer service side!! Great email marketing solution especially since we're working remotely where having someone local who could help us was hard enough without needing another person online too haha :).
