I bought these to replace a broken zipper head on a Jeep Wrangler soft top. The tie rods look like an exact replacement and are just as strong as the originals. I can't comment on their durability as they won't see any real use until this winter when the upper is back on. Compared to the price the dealers are asking, this is the best replacement available. Please note that these zipper heads have two pulls. . One for the inside of the jeep and one for the outside. Zippers sometimes get snagged and it would be beneficial if one person pulled on each side. have one as a backup. It also made shipping more reasonable.
