There is another bag for people with leather strap. I tried cutting a slot for a leather strap and it was still pretty ugly. I ended up buying something else that fit better and had a panic button icon.

I carry this on my keychain. Doesn't quite fit my keychain, but works! I had to cut a slot because I was attaching a leather key fob to my key fob, so I just put it in, no problem. And the panic button isn't marked on the back, but that doesn't matter either. Keeps my key nice and clean.

Bought for a 2019 Hyundai Elantra. Remote keyfobs insert directly from above to ensure a snug and secure fit. The lid stays in place and doesn't move. All buttons are accessible without sacrificing touch sensitivity. Although there is no circled button on the back to match the panic button, you can still flap and reach it easily by touch. I am more than happy with these cases.

I purchased this product because the trunk of my 2013 Hyundai Elantra kept opening while the keys were in my pocket. Since I put the keychain case on, I haven't had any problems at all. The lid is easy to assemble and easy to grip. My only complaint is that the panic/alarm button is covered and has no opening in the lid. It's not a big problem since I don't use this button regularly, but it can make it difficult to use when needed.
