Appearance is pleasant. I love that it looks like leather and I love the olive color. I like that it's lightweight and hangs well when worn over the shoulder. What I don't like is that there's no room for lipstick, lip balm, or even the smallest lotion I can find. If I try to force the lipstick out, the zipper breaks. If you don't want to take anything with you, not even a mask, except your phone, credit cards and maybe a few bills, this works! Otherwise it is too small.
