My stylist recommended this shampoo for my colored hair. I used Pantene or Tresemme for the color but I noticed a big difference when I switched to this shampoo. My hair wasn't as curly and I had fewer split ends than when using Pantene. My head doesn't itch and my hair isn't coated with silicon like when using Tresemme. I can do without full hair color for a long time. I highly recommend it.
