4 months, now the stand doesn't last

The stand suddenly doesn't work anymore. Also, I had to cut off the valves from all inputs such as plugs and earbuds, otherwise I would have pressed on the connectors and damaged them. I have the heaviest case I have ever felt and the screensaver scratches very easily.
