I've waited a month to write this review. I really wanted to see if this would make a noticeable difference in my hair care routine. My hair type is 4C/B. Needless to say, maintaining a curve is a chore. I use them to give my hair a little stretch while sleeping with my hair down. It helps moisturize my hair in its sections and keep my ends "lumpy" and neat. This alone prevents "magic knots". My hair hardly falls out after 5 days of washing. My last twist I wore for 5 days! It might not sound like much to some, but it's huge under the Denver summer sun. When you're at the limit, don't think. I recommend 2 sets. I have "shusmedium" wording. hair length. I used a tie at the top with very little or no tension and one at the bottom of the hair. Tie the bottom, I lay every film flat I tie a section, leaving only the extreme ends exposed.
