I'm 5'2 155hp, 36b on top. I ordered a medium size but it didn't fit my hips so I went up a size. I don't know how people described it as a sprain because neither of them had a sprain. I'm very curvy and felt like the plus size was suffocating me in all the wrong places. He also had holes all over his chest. I tried it under black light and it looked amazing so I gave it 3 stars. The crotch area is narrow so I don't see this as something for very tall or tall women. It also flattened my front stomach. In the end I wasn't comfortable with it so I sent it back, otherwise I would have just sewed up the holes myself and be done with it. But it wasn't even worth the trouble. Full refund with no hassles.
