We like that they go above your expectations with their customer service! They are always quick to respond via email or phone when you have any questions about how well it is functioning as an integrated system versus using individual applications/programs separately from each other (examples being inventory management vs payments).
It takes some time getting used too because of all its features but once everything integrates correctly I think everyone will be very happy!! The ability totransfer information between programs seamlessly without having multiple systems up at same moment was great.
