Great Customer Service

I originally brought 4 outlets but that model has since discontinued. I had issues with them but SZICT replaced all 4 with the 18W PD USB Outlet without asking any questions. AND it was purchased back in November 2019, I didn't have time to install them until now.

Ordered 4, and only 2 worked. So half of the order was a waste of money and the other half was a good buy.
