Like. The build quality is absolutely amazing and it comes with a small Phillips screwdriver which is really good. But it doesn't work with my Windows 7. I've tried updating the firmware by going here: https://www.orico.cc/us/product/detail/3271.html You must use this exact link, others Links are bad software and it doesn't load properly even though it's the same download. Beware. Try this link above and update the firmware if you're having trouble. After a firmware update, however, the thing is unusable. Maybe my hard drive is not compatible, it's an old commercial Seagate 4TB SATA NAS drive for NAS raid and I have no problems with it, no SMART errors, errors or bad sectors and it works fine in my computer. either with SATA or hardware Raid SATA cable on my PC. But this Orico is very slow in propulsion. Maybe I have a bad one, or it's just not compatible with my drive, or it's just junk. I'm not sure. Reviews look good so maybe it's just a lemon.
