Old stock - I am very dissatisfied

Dissatisfied - this is old stock. Expires in 2 months! Has SPF for sun protection. I really don't think it protects my skin from the sun's rays, which is why I bought it. Also, no one knows where it is made. Proctor & Gamble in Canada but imported from an unknown country, possibly China.
