Connector continues to fall off.

Bought this as replacement parts for my Spectra pump and they circular suction connector continues to fall off after only a week of use! When I wash the parts I do not even remove that part so I know its not from "over use". Everything else works great. I just feel like it's a matter of time before I start to lose suction and need to buy a new one :(.
