Waist suitable for very narrow waist
pants is very thin. My son usually wears a size 14 (and he's a little loose growing up in it). At 14, they were 4 inches from even buttoning up. I'd say just a size up, but the length is so long I'm not sure that's a good idea unless you want them hemmed.
