I love the size, I love the design, I love the fact that it's everything I wanted other than the fact that you almost think they're plastic because they're super thin and small in pressure will bend them. I actually thought maybe I bought plastic so I double checked the listing and it says they are made of iron. Now I'm pretty sure they are, but the fact that they're so incredibly thin doesn't really match what I was planning to use them for. They are really quite big and since they are big I wanted to decorate them. extra wire/stones, but that won't happen at all. I'm also concerned as a focus on a necklace that if they snag or pressure is applied to them at the wrong angle they will literally bend and lose their shape and with jewelry I wouldn't want that to happen after 10+ . hours for design. I think I can use them differently, but they need to be secured with something permanent to prevent them from being damaged, which means I have to use durable leather/base metal in my projects to "prop" them up ". or reinforce them so the final product can be worn with confidence. I think the manufacturer should state how thin and light they are, because when you read "iron," if you're like me, you're like, "Oooh, that's strong." They're nice, but don't fit me yet. purposes, so I'm a little disappointed.
