I am blessed by the genetic makeup that no matter how hard I try to keep my teeth clean, floss, brush, floss in the shower and visit the dentist every 6 months, I somehow still manage to build up plaque and receding gum lines . . Since using these products for the first time in my life 7 months ago, my gums are healthier, my pockets are down from a 3-4 on the scale and my dentist actually once told me "good job". It also helps whiten my teeth, not an artificial white but an overall natural white that doesn't come with tooth sensitivity. It's a little pricey and doesn't last very long, but it's still better than paying my extra for a deep clean.
