Over the years I have purchased many inkjet and laser printers for both our office and home use. This cheap Canon printer installs a new LOW PLAN. For starters, this is a WIRED printer, but it does NOT include a cable to connect to a computer. Then, when you finally figure out how to install it, you'll have to keep plugging and unplugging it to keep it connected to your PC. The tiny display doesn't have a backlight, so good luck in the form of tiny icons. In order to perform a function, you need to press weak keys and select from several menus. You get LOTS of ink, although low ink warnings started appearing shortly after I started using the printer. The installation process took a while, mainly due to the extremely BAD instructions. The print quality is fine for an inkjet printer, but the print quality has been fine for decades even with the cheapest inkjet printer. For the price of this printer, get a REAL printer and buy ink when you need it.
