I have used this product on my legs and forearms and have seen results. But after about 2 months when I turn it on, the light never flashes. It turns on, starts the fan and goes into auto mode, but doesn't actually blink. It says I should still have 991715 flashes, but that's clearly not the case. Very disappointed when I started seeing results on my legs. I've now gone through the return window and have a bricked device.
