Well I haven't noticed anything wrong with my hair but the product is easy to use and works as advertised. Update: About 3 months in use. Now I definitely notice a difference. I have used this product on my legs and forearms and have seen results. But after about 2 months when I turn it on, the light never flashes. It turns on, starts the fan and goes into auto mode, but doesn't actually blink. It says I should still have 991715 flashes, but that's clearly not the case.
