Well I haven't noticed anything wrong with my hair but the product is easy to use and works as advertised. Update: About 3 months in use. Now I definitely notice a difference. I have very dark thick hair and I have to shave my legs, armpits and whatever to stay smooth on a daily basis. Especially on my legs, where I've been more diligent, I can now go days without shaving. As the hair grows, it is sparse and not as thick. At the moment I'm still using it twice a week but with my hair I expected it to take a while. I started on the lowest setting because I was afraid it would hurt, but now I use the highest setting. It doesn't hurt in most places. When this happens, it's like clicking a little rubber band. 5.21.21 update, the device now fails after every 2-3 blinks and then stops working. This means I can't turn it off with the shutdown button, instead I have to turn it off while it's running. I am extremely disappointed. The warranty must be 1 year. I contacted the seller through Revain and emailed the support team as per the user guide. I look forward to hearing from one of them. Pretty disappointing after 4 months.
