Bought this item over 2 months ago on 09/11/20 and started using it every 3 days at level 6 following directions exactly. After a month with no results I contacted the seller and asked what I could be doing wrong and they said to give him more time. I started using it a day later but nothing. At the moment I still have to shave every day. My sister bought another brand and saw results in a few weeks and after 8 weeks she had no hair at all! So there are some that work. For this price I'm so confused!
