Works as advertised. If you have kids or have had issues with sticky cables pulling devices off your desktops, this turns most USB charging ports into something like Apple's old mag-safe adapters. Even better, if you have a mix of Apple Micro-USB and USB-C devices, it means you can reduce the number of cables you have since they can now use the same cable. Now we have 4 packs. We use it for many devices: - 4 PS4 controllers (Micro USB) - Multiple Kindles (Micro USB) - All phones (Combo Micro USB and USB-C) - Multiple tablets (Combo Micro USB, USB - C and Apple connector) ) - Wireless headset (Micro USB). We have traditionally used *a lot* of cables because the tiny connectors wear out very quickly. These cables promise to solve that problem, and so far they've solved that problem by eliminating connector inserts. Instead, it's just a magnet on a magnet. Why aren't they perfect? - Small inserts range from almost invisible (PS4 controller) to uncomfortably protruding (Kindle Oasis) - Oculus Quest 2 won't charge (even with 60W box) - Chromebook won't charge (even with 60W box) box) - There are some QC shortcomings (a socket didn't work out of the box, a mis-centered cable) Overall, as I said, we like them well enough to start with a box, but they've grown to four purchases (so far). as they rolled through the house .
