I LOVE IT! But it has several disadvantages. Firstly, I am not being compensated in any way for this review, I am just a consumer. This thing makes clouds of steam, I used it to clean the tub which was so gross I won't even post pics of it. It took me about 2 hours to make the tub, fixtures, marble tiles and grout. The thing looks new, rub it with your hand and it literally "creaks". However, I did wear out 2 Scotch-Brite pads, 2 plastic scrubbers and a brass. Part of that was learning, DON'T PRINT HARD! It doesn't need it, and frankly, it can't take it. It should have been written 20 times over the entire guide, it was as good as a job. on the ground. I used a steam nozzle and a brass brush to get the grout and a mop to get the tile. Works well but don't press too hard especially if you have a mop handle. After a while, as it gets warmer, it feels weak. Both mop heads are great, wish you could use the one with the bristle head I just think it would work better. Brushes from that place which I won't name but it rhymes with Harbor Freight. They are great for removing dirt after steaming it with a narrow nozzle. Works great on crevices and hard-to-hit corners. Then I made an unsealed bamboo kitchen floor. Did a great job again but I was in for a little surprise. He no longer glowed. there was a kind of brilliance in it. These floors are now perfectly clean and have the same matte finish you would expect from a hardwood floor after walking on it for just over a year and never waxing it. But now, for the first time, it's clean enough that I can grow it comfortably without clogging it with a bunch of junk. I actually broke a few pieces. A pen that you can see in other reviews but it comes together again. Then entrails popped out of one of the mop extensions. This was a little tricky as there are 2 pieces and they connect in the middle. I had to get a welding rod of the right diameter to get through the vapor hole, then I could line everything up to put it back together. and he won't be that skinny. Actually, I'm going to do that, not that I'm thinking about it. I'll get that hard expanding foam and fill in the empty space in the handles. I gave 4 stars because I like the product but there is room for improvement.
