Review on 🍞 CUSIMAX Stainless Steel Toaster: 4 Slice Bread Toasters with Bagel/Defrost/Cancle Function, 6 Shade Settings and Removable Crumb Tray by Trevor Palmer

This product is scrap. It worked for about 3 weeks and then no matter where the settings were it burned everything you tried to fry. The worst thing is the incompetent help we received from the Revain support team. They claim that you had to preheat the toaster so the elements wouldn't surge when we put the bread in it. I also contacted the manufacturer and they came back a few days later asking for an invoice number. Gave it to them and they asked if we want a new one they didn't have in stock or if we want our money back. We asked for our money back. Haven't received a reply since then. At least the manufacturer works with you.
