My shower head is way higher than my head so I wanted something to lower the shower head closer to me. i am a small person The picture on the website shows the extension going up so I wasn't sure how that would work because I wanted to extend the length of the shower head down and also flip the other end up so the shower head is pointing at me. This works great as both ends will tilt up and down as you turn the wing nut. I've attached an image to show exactly what I mean. The only problem is that...the threaded nut on top of the extension that you screw onto the shower head doesn't turn, so you have to unscrew the Delta extension with the turn of the entire extension. They should have screwed the nut on independently of the shaft, but didn't. Mine stopped at ¾ of the last full turn and is still fine, although the horizontal adjustments didn't work in the horizontal, my shower head is still centered and pointing straight at me.
