My husband and I bought this tent because we were going to Arizona and we needed a tent to camp in that could easily be brought with on an airplane. We also needed a tent that would be easy to setup and would work in both cold and hot temperatures. This tent worked fantastic! It was small enough and lightweight enough to fit in a checked bag and fly, it was SO easy to setup and take down. Best of all we camped outside both in 90 degree heat and freezing temps and were comfortable!If you plan on using this tent in warm weather then you’ll want to leave the rain flap off. and/or keep the vents open. This will help keep the tent cool.However if you’re camping outside in cold weather then you will want to keep the rain flap on even if it’s not wet outside and keep the vents closed. You will get some condensation of course, but you will stay nice and warm.
