Review on Toomett by Michael Weaver

I recently bought some sportswear and hiking equipment from Toomett, but I've had a less than positive experience overall. Although their products are of respectable quality, their customer service is far from ideal. First first, it was difficult for me to navigate their website and discover the things I was looking for. To discover what I was looking for, I had to spend a lot of time searching and navigating through several pages. Second, when I contacted customer service for help, I received unhelpful and uninterested responses. The employees didn't seem to know much about their own items and weren't eager to go above and above to assist me. Last but not least, the shipping delay disappointed me. I didn't receive any updates on the progress of my order until it finally came, which took a lot longer than I had anticipated. While Toomett's items are generally of a good quality, their subpar customer service and slow shipping make them a less than ideal choice for online purchasing. I won't buy from you again.
