My rebounder arrived missing two bungee cords, however was still able to use without. Spoke with Walmart and was connected to Leike Sports. Quick response time and received a total of 4 bungee cords. Now I have extras if needed.I love my, inspired by Tony Robbins and UPW Virtual, rebounder! What a workout,10 minutes and I have my cardio for the day.
