I just filled out the return form. However, there are a few fatal flaws in this design that rendered it completely unusable (at least for me). First, as many other reviews warn, the screws that come with it are of ridiculous quality. I went ahead and tried using them thinking that after all the reviews they have certainly improved this. No no. So now I have a couple of screws with the heads removed in my wall. Second, and worse, the top bolt (crucial to prevent the suspension from bending under the weight of the bike) is in a location where it CANNOT be rotated. in! This is because the metal bracket comes out and flips over. I ripped off a few screws just to try and angle them with a drill and then ended up using a small hand screwdriver to put one in. The force against the bolt caused THIS one to break the head as well. And also. that's where I stopped.
