After a severe bacterial urinary tract infection, I developed what I thought was temporary urinary incontinence. After doing some research on adult diapers, I settled on disposable diapers for on the go and cloth diapers for day and night at home. As cloth diapers, I bought flat ant diapers. Flats for the day and prefolds for the night. Leakmaster makes a great product. I have a 36 inch waist and wear an oversized "nightweight" diaper along with "Gary's Milky White Diaper Pants". Great combination and good cooperation. I can sleep without leaks! Highly recommend both products together.
