A few weeks ago, I used AshmanOnline to buy some outdoor patio furniture and some gardening tools, and I have to admit that my experience with both was less than satisfactory. In spite of their purported "profound appreciation" for outdoor design, the things that I received were of poor quality and did not live up to my anticipations in any way. In reality, the patio furniture did not live up to its photo on the website; rather, it was flimsy and of poor construction. The gardening implements were another letdown because they were useless after only a few uses because they broke. I was also let down by the lawn care products because they didn't seem to perform as well as they were advertised to. In addition, there was a deficiency in the customer support. When I attempted to return the goods, I was met with a great deal of resistance, and in the end, I was required to pay for the return shipping on my own. I was also informed that there would be a restocking charge, which would prevent me from getting a complete refund. In general, my time spent using AshmanOnline was not a particularly pleasant one. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone seeking for high-quality items for the great outdoors. There are a great number of other businesses available that provide superior goods and services to their customers.
