A few years ago I was thrown from a young horse and broke my pelvis. I am not a spring child. What was I thinking? That's wonderful! I have a hard time walking or exercising and that is a godsend! While soaking, I stretch and do yoga. I really can make them! I feel like my core is getting stronger :). I highly recommend this if you've had any issues that made you want to do nothing that hurts you and try exercising in the bathtub. I'm here to tell you it worked for me. I also like to use simple or other scents. It's nice to change them and make the bathroom smell nice!
