I bought this to relieve pain from overwork or when I get numb from sitting or standing for long periods and it really helps! It smells amazing too, not too strong but strong enough with a lavender scent to help me relax in the bath. Inside is a small measuring cup. I use 2 cups. The hotter the water, the more likely the salt will "melt". I've used it with lukewarm water and the salt doesn't evaporate as much as I'd like.

I just moved from flat country to mountain life. I thought I was in good shape. Not even close. Just walking from my house to my mailbox is a 10 minute walk up a fairly steep and rocky road. I don't think Epsom salt really helps with muscle pain, but a warm bath does. Still, I love this product for its wonderful scent (so relaxing) and easy to melt crystals. It turns your ordinary bathtub into a luxurious spa experience! And as a post-workout treatment, it leaves skin fresh and soft. A lot of product for the price too. I will definitely re-order.

It really works! I was very hesitant because I never knew about the power of Epsom salts. I once overdid it with calf raises. The ibuprofen didn't help. I couldn't walk for 2 days and had to meet a girl for lunch. I used this bath for 15-20 minutes to massage my calf and I was able to put my heel fully on the floor and walk normally right away! No pain. The smell is wonderful too. I usually hate lavender.

Here's something other than Epsom salts as I got a chemical burn from anything that got wet. It's been about a week and a half and my skin has almost healed. Are my other Epsom salt products?
