I don't think Epsom salt really helps with muscle pain, but a warm bath does. Still, I love this product for its wonderful scent (so relaxing) and easy to melt crystals. It turns your ordinary bathtub into a luxurious spa experience! And as a post-workout treatment, it leaves skin fresh and soft. A lot of product for the price too. I will definitely re-order.
