I have applied this several times now and not once did I see results anywhere near as soon as the manufacturers claims which are "visible results in 3 hours". This is just not the case. The product, however, does an excellent job as a total vegetation killer with visible results in 3 or 4 days and total kill in one to two weeks. Why make the outlandish claims just to disappoint? This product takes forever to work. I normally use roundup, but I thought I’d give bioadvanced a try this year with my spot weed removal. Don’t do it, just don’t. While the bottle says "visible results within ONE HOUR”, try ONE WEEK! And the grass isn’t even completely dead at this point, it is just yellowed a bit. I’m super disappointed in this product. This weed killer shows potential, but I found it to be ineffective when diluted to the ratios suggested in its instructions. It'll probably work better when mixed stronger, but doing so means that I'll get nowhere near the advertised 16 gallons of weed killer from this 32oz bottle of concentrate.The instructions initially suggest mixing as little as 2oz of concentrate per gallon of water, but the next page recommends 3-4oz depending on weed size. Does what its supposed to. Used it to kill weeds growing between pavers before power washing. Using it a few days before the power washing made clearing out the dead weeds (and moss) easy. Only thing was that it was difficult to find on the packaging exactly how to mix the solution and which method should be used for application. I ended up mixing with water and putting into a handheld spray wand & tank.

Great and fast acting product. If you follow the mixing instructions and apply to the area you want to clear, it's that easy. Spray it on with a pump up garden sprayer and wait a few days. After that most everything is dead abs easily raked away. It seems to last for an long time after applying as well.

I applied this using the recommended dosage, which was roughtly a capful in small HDX brand sprayer. I didn't get "results in as little as one hour," or really anything close to that (hence 4 stars), but it did kill the weeds within 3 days or so. It works, but don't expect instant results.

Takes about 72 hours to start seeing results. At first I didn't think it worked on my weeds and grass. Now everything it touched is dead. Worked great and killed everything. Will definitely buy again when I need more.
