I bought the Otterbox charger because I have their car charger. The car charger is great, but this device is a big disappointment. The cable works without problems (tested with other chargers), but the charger itself does not work. I tried it on multiple outlets to make sure the outlet wasn't the problem. The problem is directly related to the wall charger. It doesn't work at all. I wish it had happened. Otterbox usually makes top quality Sad products to give this review one star. Hope this is something they can fix.
