Purchased a toaster that is beige in color. It has a chic and sophisticated appearance and works very well with the decor of the kitchen. It is excellent at what it does. The bread receives an equal toasting. The first few times that they used the toaster, they turned it on to its highest setting, as instructed in the manual. At that point, they noticed a fairly strong smell, which indicated that the components of the toaster had been burned. Then, they attempted to prepare toast at a low temperature, but there was no odor produced by the process. You have control over the amount of power. Simple to clean from crumbs because they all stay in the pan where they were made. The pallet has been taken away. There is a function to thaw, one to reheat, and one to cancel. The items arrived safely packaged, and both the exterior and interior of the toaster are flawlessly painted; there are no scratches. It is simple to wash back to its natural state. The exterior is made of metal.
