I received the chair without screws and the box was not in good condition and had holes. I only received AH parts and a lot of scratches on the plastic back. Luckily Ace Hardware is across the street and I was able to buy all the screws and a set of keys. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble. Lost part ββ due to scratches and missing parts. I paid an extra $49.38 for the screws and tool kit. Edit: After a few days of use, it deserves an extra β It's comfortable with good back support.
