They are slightly bent/curved
Straws fit 90% of the bean I used them on but about 10% of the bean is too big so you have to suck really hard and then risk too choke when the bean shoots you down the throat at high speed. Then there is the problem that they (all!) are slightly curved. Good for drinking, but surprisingly difficult to clean - the brush just gets stuck in a certain spot. I've ordered them twice, thinking maybe of the first batch. overheated during shipping? and then bent. But the straws from both batches (separated) were twisted/bent.
