I love this crossover brush head, my teeth feel very smooth after brushing and last about two months. You can do the three months recommended by the dentist, but I feel the cleanliness isn't that great. I also use Aquafresh Extreme Clean toothpaste with all my brush heads. I think this toothpaste is definitely the best option, try it.
