I've had a pair of these shoes for 4-5 years and love them. When they finally wore out, I decided to replace them. Reading the reviews, it seemed that most buyers went up a size. My first pair was 1 1/2 sizes too big but I went for the smaller version as I figured the size might change in 4-5 years. NOT CORRECT! I have a small foot (from 5 1/2 to 6) but the 6 1/2 was not only a little short in the toe (which I think I could work with), but there was a hard spot on the tongue, which was very uncomfortable when walking. my left upper elevator. Never had such a problem. I had to send them back and order 7 (1 1/2 sizes larger). I really want to say how impressed I am with Revain's prepaid refund policy. I printed the label, took it to the UPS store and about 2 hours later I received an email that my return had been processed and credit would be received. Well done Revan!
